Los Logos 4 is the latest addition to Gestalten’s line of books on contemporary logo design. The series has proved to be a precursor to styles and trends in logo design and highlighted the increased relevance and importance of the logo in the 21st Century.
X3 Studios is honored to be the first design studio from Romania featured in Los Logos. You can check out our 16 featured logos in our Flickr account.

In the September 2008 issue the guys from .net magazine UK continued their series Showcase / Gallery, which features “14 of the best, most inspirational designs from around the web”. We had the pleasure to be one of the 14 designs showcased, with our main site www.x3studios.com. Thanks a lot! We also added some pics of the magazine on our flickr page.
…and came home with the 1st prize in the category Company & Brand Blogs!!! I have to admit, it was quite a nice surprise for us to receive this award, we weren’t expecting it, especially considering the competition in this category. We were actually on our way out (as you can see here) when the award was announced ;).
The event was really cool, lots of interesting conversations, many old friends to see. I think Radu had a much better time than I did, considering that he’s more of a blogger than all the rest of us together here at X3 :). Either way, we’re looking forward to the next edition, we’ll definitely be there.
A few months ago we were asked to be official partners of the first Hardcore Marketing conference held in Timisoara - and of course, we said yes! And here is the result: www.hardcoremarketing.ro. I hope you’ll enjoy the site’s visuals - since it’s in Romanian, it’ll be difficult to understand much of it, I know ;).
Our work is not done on this project, stay tuned… (yep, this is one of those teasers :))
Design and Design is an online gallery, which showcases one piece of work a day from two design categories, graphic design and product design. All selected work will be published in “The Design and Design Book of The Year”.
Recently Design and Design re-launched their website. Besides the gallery of selected works it now also includes a design community. We are honored to be featured as a VIP member in this community.
We are looking forward to the book release next year!
